Q. What are your cleaning protocols?

We have redoubled our usual vigorous cleaning efforts making sure all high touch surfaces, and floors have been sanitized with an approved cleaners. We have removed our board games and any other non-essential objects from our rentals. We encourage you to bring your own. All linens and towels are washed in the highest temperature setting and also bleached. Our cleaners are on staff and are told to not come into work if they are experiencing any symptoms and are required to wear masks and gloves during cleaning. You can rest assured we are taking every precaution during this time to make sure we provide a safe and comfortable vacation rental for you! 

Q. Are pets allowed?

Due to allergy concerns pets are not allowed.

Q. How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve your dates by making a secure online payment with the "Book Now" or "Check Availability" Button. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and your balence is due 31 days prior to your arrival.
Q. Are children allowed?
Children of any age are always welcome to stay at The Cabin @ Plum Bottom. The Treehouse @ Plum Bottom is only appropriate for children over the age of 7.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We give 100% refunds(minus $50 cancelation fee) if you cancel your reservation before 30 days of your arrival. After 30 days no refunds unless we are able to rent the property to another party. If we are able to fill the vacancy we give a 100% refund(minus the $50 cancelation fee.)
Q. How do I check in, do I need a key?
We have a pin pad entry system for all our properties. We will send you your entry code prior to your arrival. You can arrive at whatever time is convenient for you.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. We will not sell or share your personal information with any third parties. Your information if safe with us. We employ braintree payments which gives you 128 layer SSL protection. You can feel safe making online payments with us, we protect your information.
